We have now completed major overhaul of the fields in preparation for the launch of the new livery yard on May 1st. All the fields now have brand new electrorope maxifencing for your horses safety. Individual, small group and herd fields are available.and all turnout will be on a 3 month rotation system to maximise the grass growth all year round. Automatic watering systems are now in every paddock. Gateways have been moved and ditches cleared to eliminate boggy field entrances.

All liveries at Newnham Equestrian Centre (from May 1st will be called Newnham Equestrian Services) will now have full use of both the indoor and outdoor arenas, the grass jumping arena, the grass gallops, option to use the horsewalker and access out across farmland to the bridle path which takes you directly to The Forest of Dean. We have a secure separate livery tack room, a livery barn for feed and hay storage and a shower for those that want to ride on the way to work.

For all livery types there is an extra services diary where you can book in any extra services you may require and this  will continue into the new business.

We have many types of livery service available and there is flexibility within each type. We can provide what you want.

Turnout is available all year round.

Grass Livery- we provide an individual or shared paddock. Access to water, electricity, use of arenas, livery tack room and storage barn. All our grass livery spaces are now taken

DIY Livery- we provide an individual or shared paddock and a stable. Access to water, electricity, use of arenas, livery tack room and storage barn. We will have 5 spaces available from 1st May

Part Livery- we provide an individual or shared paddock and a stable. Access to water, electricity, use of arenas and livery tack room. We also provide hay and shavings and discounted services according to your requirements. Usually we would do parts of the basic daily care for the horse so turning out, catching in and some of the mucking out but this livery type is very flexible and will be slightly different according to your needs.

Basic Full Livery- we provide an individual or shared paddock and a stable. Access to water, electricity, use of arenas and livery tack room. We also provide hay and shavings, and daily basic care so mucking out, turning out and catching in. All basic feed, hay & bedding is provided. Full liveries can go on the horse walker up to 4 times a week if required.

Complete Full Livery- we provide an individual or shared paddock and a stable. Access to water, electricity, use of arenas and livery tack room. We also provide feed, hay and shavings and all daily care so mucking out, turning out and catching in, grooming and weekly tack cleaning. Full liveries can go on the horse walker and will be schooled 5 days a week.

Schooling Livery- this is a short term livery option. the schooling price covers schooling sessions of between 30 and 45 mins per day 4 days a week. The times are variable and will be adjusted according to the horses needs that day, working to a set time does not work in the horses favour as some days it will require longer than others. A livery price to suit you is added according to the list price i.e. schooling price + £25 grass livery

Breaking Livery- this is also a short term livery option. the breaking price covers schooling sessions of between 20 and 45 mins per day 4 days a week. The times are variable and will be adjusted according to the horses needs that day, working to a set time does not work in the horses favour as some days it will require longer than others, we try to work with the horse rather than the clock as youngsters can be tired one day and awkward another so flexibility is needed. A livery price to suit you is added according to the list price i.e. breaking price + £25 grass livery per week
